1. PRODUCT SUPPLY AND SERVICE STRUCTURE
1.1 The Vendor shall clearly inform Phileein whether the supplies or services will be made:
- Directly by the Company, or
- Through an Authorized Distributor / Dealer.
1.2 The Vendor shall provide complete details of its distributors/dealers including:
- Contact details
- GSTIN
- Authorization letter
- Service coverage region
- Escalation matrix
1.3 The Vendor shall ensure that its distributor/dealer adheres to all obligations under this Agreement. The Vendor shall remain solely responsible for performance.
